Approach
At Nanny Brigade, our number one
priority is your child's well-being. We realize how important it
is for you to leave your child in the care of someone you trust.
Therefore, we make it our mission to take every step necessary to
ensure you are matched up with the VERY BEST childcare provider to
suit your family's needs.
Our search begins with a pool of educated, CPR and First Aid
certified candidates who have a minimum of two years child care
experience. The candidate is then narrowed down from our list based
upon your specific criteria. Once a candidate fills out
an extensive application and meets our initial requirements, we conduct
an in-person interview.
At this point, if we think we have found a good
match for your family, we then check all references, run a thorough
background check as well as check the applicants driving records
through the Department of Motor Vehicles. Once we have obtained
the information needed, we will put the candidate in touch with you to
set up an in person meeting.
You may feel that it is necessary to have more than one interview
between you and the potential nanny, and we recommend that one of these
be done in your home. This will afford you the perfect
opportunity to introduce the candidate to your child and observe their
interaction in the family home.
